ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection. Sanitation certification is required by most restaurants as a basic credential for their management staff.

ServSafe Food Manager Course
Learn about foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food sanitation. Choose from several online, classroom and language options. Earn nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association.
Our new training center can handle up 60 people at a time. It is equipped with a projector screen to make training comfortable and personable. In addition to the main training area, we have a full kitchen to offer lunch for students.
Expert Instructor and ServSafe Safety Materials
Our corporate Chef is a Certified ServSafe Instructor. Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute. Text Books and Exam can also be offered in a different language if preferred.
