Putting Gratitude into Action: FoodPRO’s Charity Golf Outing for Valued Customers
We’ve always believed that saying “thank you” goes a long way, but showing it speaks even louder. That’s why on August 22nd, under the sun-soaked sky, FoodPRO hosted a heartwarming event that combined our appreciation for our valued customers with a touch of giving back.
The venue was set at the picturesque Musket Ridge Golf Club – a place that perfectly echoed the spirit of camaraderie and good times that we wanted to share with our customers. No suits or ties, just folks coming together for a good cause and a great day out.
Speaking of causes, this event wasn’t just about golf swings and friendly competition. We teamed up with The Community Foundation of Frederick County to make a real difference. The aim was simple: give back to the community that has been the cornerstone of our journey.
And give back, we did. The numbers are in, and they’re pretty awesome. We managed to raise a grand total of $21,390. That’s not just a number; it’s the result of everyone’s effort, generosity, and the desire to make the world around us a little bit better.
Imagine the positive ripples that sum of money will create in Frederick County. It’s like a chain reaction of kindness, and we’re proud to have played a part in setting it in motion.
The swings might not all have been professional-level, but the smiles were definitely pro-tier. Customers and our FoodPRO team shared laughs, stories, and a few friendly bets here and there. It wasn’t about who won; it was about winning together – against challenges, while having fun, and for a cause that resonated with all of us.
As the sun set on that memorable day, we couldn’t help but feel grateful. Grateful for the beautiful weather, for the customers who’ve stood by us, and for the opportunity to contribute to a better community.
So, here’s to swinging clubs and swinging hearts. Here’s to gratitude in action. Here’s to every customer who makes FoodPRO more than just a business, but a community of its own.
Until the next swing, Cheers!
